Richard is an active member at Manly Surf Life Saving club.  He was a member of the team that won the NSW state Patrol Competition championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Sports

Occasionally, Richard enters some crazy endurance events.  Foster Anaconda 2007 adventure race (3rd in age group) GoNatural 2008 Akuna Bay race (1st in age group). GoNatural 2009 Akuna Bay race (2nd in age group).
